Great Performance Management tool
Lattice is an incredibly helpful tool for managing my performance and tracking my career growth. I use it weekly to plan my 1:1s with my manager, and it helps me gather and provide feedback quarterly, both from my manager and colleagues. The integration with Slack and the reminders before each 1:1 make my day to day worklife easier, allowing me to organize and prioritize the agenda for our discussions ahead of time. Additionally, submitting EPNS through Lattice is quick and straightforward, streamlining the process effortlessly.
